HELP:   I can't find the file I downloaded


Don't worry, this is a pretty common problem. We've all forgotten where we put something at some time or another. Just follow these steps.

STEP 1:

Click on then as shown in the picture below.



STEP 2:

If the following screen appears select the All files and folders option.

 

STEP 3:

The following screen will appear. Type "FlashFactSetup.exe" in the "All or part of the file name:" field as shown below. (If you saved the file as a different name, you will need to use that name).
In the "Look in: " field select "My Computer".

Press to start searching.



STEP 4:

Once the computer finds the file, all you have to do is double-click it to start setup.

HELP:   The computer did not find the file. What do I do now?

Try repeating the steps above but only look for "FlashFactSetup". If this doesn't work and you have followed every step carefully, then "FlashFactSetup.exe" is not on your computer. Either the file was saved under a different name OR there was a problem encountered during downloading. CLICK HERE to download the file again.
