The confirmation e-mail has gone to the incorrect address. Send us an e-mail at support@oska.com and we will resend it to you. To keep the cost down we do not send out CDs. If your machine was to crash or you were to lose FlashFact at any time, All you need to do is to download again from our site. Then unlock FlashFact using the same information that you received initially.
