The FlashFact revision engine optimizes the process of transferring information to your long-term memory, by scheduling review points at increasing time intervals. Each fact is managed separately: the ones you have problems with you will see more frequently; the easy ones will be reviewed with increasing rarity.
FlashFact lets you create flash cards of the key points you want to remember and stores them in the optimized revision engine. As you study you add the key points that you wish to learn to the FlashFact database. Simply adding to a few facts every day will build to a vast store of knowledge over time. Each FlashFact review session gives you the minimum subset of information that you need to revise.
The FlashFact revision engine incorporates two modes: a learning mode and a revision mode. The learning mode is used when you first enter a new fact. The revision mode is used subsequently to ensure that you will always be able to recall the information when you need it.
